There is a quiet, powerful magic that happens when neighbors show up for neighbors. Here at the Marin Peer Resource Community Collective (MPRCC), we witness it every single day.

The Heartbeat of Our Mission: Our Volunteers and Donors

Our work is entirely fueled by the generosity of people like you. To the volunteers who lend their time, their hands, and their hearts: you are the backbone of this organization. Whether you are helping behind the scenes, connecting with folks on the street, or sharing your unique talents, you bring our core value of "Compassion in Motion" to life.

And to our donors—your support ensures that we can keep showing up. Every donation, big or small, is a direct investment in the well-being of our local community. You provide the stability that allows us to dream bigger and reach further.

Finding a Voice and Educating Our Community

One of the most beautiful aspects of peer support is watching individuals discover the power of their own stories. We believe deeply in expertise by experience.

Through our collective efforts, we’ve seen community members who once felt isolated find their voice. These individuals are now stepping up to help educate our community, breaking down stigmas, and showing what is possible when we lead with empathy. They are living proof that none of us walk alone.

Looking Ahead: The Vision for Peer-Supported Housing & Wellness

As we look to the future, we are dreaming big and working hard to lay the groundwork for our most vital chapter yet: peer-supported housing and wellness initiatives right here in our neighborhood.

Right now, we are in the foundational stages—actively searching for the right land, researching spaces, and preparing to navigate the necessary permissions to make this dream a reality. We know that dignity is a human right, and stable, supportive housing is the foundation of that dignity.

We Are Counting on Our Neighbors

To turn this vision for housing and expanded wellness services into reality, we need our neighbors right from the start. We are counting on our community to help us build the momentum needed to secure land and partners:

  • Spread the Word: Help us champion the need for peer-supported housing. The more voices we have calling for this, the louder we are when searching for land and permissions.
  • Share Connections: Do you know of local land opportunities, property owners, or advocates who align with our mission? Let’s connect.
  • Volunteer or Invest: Stand in solidarity with us as a volunteer or donor to help fund the heavy lifting of this planning phase.  Donate here :   https://mprcc.betterworld.org/donate

We are so incredibly grateful for the roots we’ve planted together, and we can’t wait to see how we continue to grow. Thank you for walking this path withUs.
